To join the Gardening and Environmental Studies SIG, you must be a member in good standing of the American Society for Indexing (ASI) or another affiliated indexing society outside the United States. These societies include:
Association of South African Indexers and Bibliographers (ASAIB),
Australian Society of Indexers (AusSI),
China Society of Indexers (CSI),
Deutsches Netzwerk der Indexer/German Network of Indexers,
Indexing Society of Canada/ Société canadienne d’indexation (ISC/SCI),
Netherlands Indexers Netwerk/Netherlands Indexing Network,
Society of Indexers (SI-Britain).
Members of affiliated indexing societies, please specify which association you belong to in order that ASI may verify your membership affiliation.
Annual dues for this SIG are $12.00 (U.S.) per year. For all new and returning members, you can pay your dues through the ASI website. You do not have to be a member of ASI to use this service. Click here to go to ASI’s SIG membership page.
If you are a new member, or if you are an existing member and would like to change your member directory listing on this website, please follow the directory application instructions below. There is no additional fee, but you must submit your information in order to be included in the online directory.
Directory Application Instructions
1. Members of the Gardening and Environmental Studies SIG are invited to participate in the online directory. This opportunity is included in your SIG membership, and there is no charge for a listing.
2. To register your new listing for the online directory, send a message to the GES manager as directed below. New listings are accepted at any time. You may also send updates for existing listings.
3. Provide your name, contact, and indexing information in the following format:
